Band Members: SPELLBOUND is Jim Wright lead vocals and guitar, Tony Martin keyboards and vocals, Lorne Pavelick drums, Jon Young bass guitar, Khanida Taylor and Leah Constable backing vocals.
Band Members Bio:
Jimmy started playing guitar at 13 in Regina and has since lived and performed across Canada. Initially influenced by bands from the British Invasion including Cream, featuring Eric Clapton, Jimmy began songwriting and developing his own original guitar style, as well gaining experience recording and touring. Now coming full circle, Jimmy pays tribute with SPELLBOUND.

There are very few authentic Hammond players in Canada and Tony is one of them. Performing on hundreds of stages across Canada with a line-up of major Canadian artists and International recording acts, Tony continues to be a creative force, deep with feeling and expression.
Tony Martin – Hammond Organ, Piano and vocals
Jon is a master of solid groove and dynamics on bass guitar. From major event stages to Much Music video rotation, Jon has paid his dues since childhood and now fulfills his passion for blues, R and B and good old rock n' roll in Spellbound.
Jon Young – Bass
Lorne’s fate was sealed at age 14 when he saw drumming sensation, Philly Joe Jones, perform in Melville, SK in Louis Armstrong's band. Since that magical day, Lorne has played on stages throughout North America and on national TV shows. He is no stranger to Regina audiences, having founded several popular bands over the years. Spellbound, which Lorne co-founded with Jim Wright, is his latest musical passion.
Lorne Pavelick – Drums
Khanida is a dynamic, powerful vocalist with exceedingly high range and rich lower tones. Her vocal abilities are striking and cover a wide range of music in virtually every popular genre. She has performed as featured vocalist, lead singer with bands, recording session vocalist and is a talented songwriter.
Khanida Taylor – Mezzo
Leah has a captivating stage presence, her vocal range is deep and driving to smooth and sultry. She has established herself as a highly skilled performer, actor and vocalist. Leah has been cast in theatricals, featured in numerous lead rolls and involved with community choirs. She loves being in the spotlight at centre stage.
